Novel This is a book I was VERY
surprised to see. I can remember reading this book while visiting Grandpa Bill in the late 50's and early 60's. I wondered if it
wasn't worth something then as it seemed so old. It is
interesting to note that it was published by a now defunct
publishing house , Saalfield Publishing. There is not a date of
printing nor an edition number. Research shows that this is the
case with this particular version. It is also unusual in that the
author is listed as Jean Randolph Wyss. The author is conventionally know as Johan David Wyss. Even so the value of this
book seems to be from $6.00 to $18.00 depending on condition.
Looks like a $10.00 book. This is a genuine piece of my
childhood. Appears to have been published in the late 20's to
early 30's.
